Tris-EDTA (TE) buffer is a buffer solution commonly used in molecular biology, especially in procedures involving DNA, cDNA or RNA. The purpose of this TE buffer is for diluting DNA samples, while protecting it from degradation. Solution is a 10X concentrate in 25mL bottle.
